Hundreds of pages have been updated and the work is progressing at a good pace. As expected, many sites have disappeared since their inclusion in thse pages and others have moved. It will take a while to trace them all but it will be done in due time.

Work in Progress

Translation

The Gustloff pages are now being translated to german, Italian and Spanish. Expected date of completion: Early April.

New Feature: Cruise through the Seaway and beyond....

A new feature is also being developed. In 1977 our family made a cruise from Lake Ontario to Quebec City aboard our sailboat Y-Knot (see Cruise in Paradise). The trip included passage through the St-Lawrence Seaway and return via the Rideau Canal and lasted six weeks. Using extracts from our Logbook and dozens of photographs, it is hoped this feature will prove as popular as our 'Cruise in Paradise' which depicted another cruise to Desolation Sound in 1987. I will keep you posted.

Y-Knot all dressed up and places to go...
Y-Knot is a Venture Newport Cutter 23 feet in length. She is trailerable and has a draft of 18"/4.5ft Equipped with both Jib and Staysail furlers, she was the ideal boat for this cruise. She was also equipped with an auto-tiller named 'George'... Photo taken at the Sorel Yacht Club - 1977

All new and updated pages will now be listed here. With over 2000 pages on this site, there are always some being updated. Some of the new features are temporary in nature and may only be listed here and not on the 'regular' menus.
